¡¡¡¡Due to the disadvantages of bitumen corrosion protection operating lines, our company successful developed the adhesive tape corrosion protection operating line in 2000 and this technology has been declared for national patent and is the ideal process replacing and modifying the current bitumen corrosion protection operating line for steel conduit.
Its main features as follows:
1.High automation degree and full auto operation for feeding, derusting, priming, oven drying, adhesive tape windup, and unloading.
2.The whole production line is newly equipped, for instance, rust remover adopts on-line shot blasting, and after rust remover, the derusting effect of the on-line steel tube can attain above SA2 level or SA3 level of international SR/TQ414-98. This shotblaster has low noise, steel shot tight, no environmental pollution, compactness (3m¡Á0.8m¡Á1.7m), low price only 1/2-1/3 of traditional shotblasters. Gluer adopts glue clamping plate structure riding on the steel tube with uniform application effect. The dryer adopts far infrared hot air seasoning, quick surface dry effect. The adhesive tape windup adopts damp twister and can adjust degree of tightness according to operation requirement. The unloading adopts independent hydraulic pressure station for automatic unloading.
3.Big caliber scope: Can handle the steel conduits with the following scope: ¢ñ type 48mm-426mm, ¢ò type 60mm-1000mm.
4.The entire operating line adopts modular structure, which can be fixed or flexible for operation with short construction period, usually ten days for removal.
5.Low cost.
6.Simple operation and tidy production are realized. The whole line only needs five female workers.
