This machine adopts polyethylene materials to prevent the steel pipe eroding. And the either end of steel pipe is to be ground to form a gradient to facilitate the repairing work of insulated steel pipe.

1.It is fit for the pipes with diameters ranging¦µ89-1200mm
2.It is fit for PE, working thickness being 1-10mm
3.The speed of grinding is 1450¡ª3000.
4.The time for grinding of each pipe is 0.5-3 mins.
5.The moving speed of grinding cart is 6m/m
6.Rotating speed of opening and descending stand is 5-30r/m
